Mavim Rules for Integrated Service Management (ISM®) is a process model,
which allows you to implement service management easily and quickly in
a service-oriented organisation. Like a help desk, call centre,
facilities department or IT department.
In the ISM-model the newest insights, best practices and technical
possibilities are combined to improve the quality of service management
in your organisation. The ISM process model is inspired on ITIL® and
MOF®.
The process model is designed on top of six fundamental processes,
which are related in such a way that they activate and control each
other. This makes the whole service delivery process controllable,
manageable and successful.
The ISM-model is constantly updated. Clients of the ISM model receive all update like new templates, working instructions and reporting models.
